The Jeff Dunham show is a stand up comedy show that was shown on comedy central. Jeff Dunham is a ventriloquist who interacts with many characters. One character is Walter who is a grumpy old man who tells many jokes about his wife. Then there is Achmed the Dead Terrorist, who pokes fun at suicide bombers and their beliefs in general. Bubba J is a character who portrayed a southern "redneck". Peanut is a character who is constantly making fun of all the other characters including Dunham himself and is usually brought out with Jose Jalapeno on a Stick, who is just that. All of these characters are very stereo typical of themselves which seems to be the whole point of the humor. The show only lasted one season despite the high ratings.
