“Nightbreed” is a horror story about what really happens between the things that go bump in the night. It opens with a troubled young man, Aaron Boone (Craig Sheffer) who is having nightmares. His nightmares take him to Dr. Philip K. Decker (David Cronenberg) who begins to use him as an scapegoat for his own series of murders. Out there in the dark exist the Nightbreed, a community of monsters and mutants who want nothing more than to be left alone but Decker’s going to find them and Boone is going to lead him to them for some how, some way, Aaron Boone is one of the Nightbreed.
